These One Pot Tuscan Chicken Pasta are so easy to prepare and have a delicious garlic cream sauce that your family will love!
ingredients
- ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of flour (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ lb boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- Salt / pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup of thick cream can under half and half
- ½ lb of pasta to choose from, I used mafaldine
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half (optional)
Instructions
- Grate the Parmesan cheese very thinly and set aside, allowing it to come to room temperature. Mix it with 1 tablespoon of flour if you wish to obtain a creamier consistency when melted.
- Season both sides with seasoning chicken, salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan.
