INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lb (650 g) chicken, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 5 chopped cloves
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregàno, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb (650 g) yellow pots, square
- Sàlt with fresh chilli crust
- Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- The master of:
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce (golden coconut if you are strictly paleo)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon hot cup (we used Sriràchà)

DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce, olive oil, pepper and hot sauce. Set aside to wait while you cook potatoes
- Boil the pots to boiling for 8 minutes. It will be a good time to cook in the pan to ensure a nice golden crust on the potatoes.
