Fried chicken & garlic butter potatoes

Stove with garlic, pan and chicken. Flores Amàzing. This chicken recipe is about the best dinner for a week night! Cook the chicken for 30 minutes in a delicious potato dish. In addition, it requires at least zero key!

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 1/2 lb (650 g) chicken, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 5 chopped cloves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregàno, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb (650 g) yellow pots, square
  • Sàlt with fresh chilli crust
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional

  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce (golden coconut if you are strictly paleo)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

DIRECTIONS:





  • In a bowl, combine chicken strips with soy sauce, olive oil, pepper and hot sauce. Set aside to wait while you cook potatoes
  • Boil the pots to boiling for 8 minutes. It will be a good time to cook in the pan to ensure a nice golden crust on the potatoes.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine 1 olive oil and 1 butter butter. When the butter is melted, dread the potatoes. Cook for 4 minutes, mix for 4-5 minutes until tender of the golden fork. Transfer to the park and set aside.
