CHICKEN WITH GARLIC CREAM

This garlic chicken is a chicken breast with lots of fresh garlic sliced ​​in a creamy parmesan sauce. A simple and fast meal that has the taste of coming from a chic restaurant

INGREDIENTS


  • 3 tablespoons broken butter
  • Chicken breasts 1 1/4 pounds
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup thick cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley


INSTRUCTIONS





  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, then add them to the pan.
  • Bake 5-6 minutes per side or until golden and well cooked.
  • Add the garlic to the pan and cook another 30 seconds.
  • Remove the chicken and garlic from the pan and put on a plate. Cover to keep warm.
  • Wipe the pan with a paper towel. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the broth is reduced by about half. Add the cream and simmer another 3-4 minutes or until thickening begins.
