Fixings 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

4 cloves garlic minced 

4 teaspoons ground new ginger root 

4 teaspoons minced lemongrass or lemongrass glue 

1 teaspoon curry powder 

1/2 teaspoon pulverized red pepper chips 

4 mugs vegetable soup 

1 pound medium shrimp stripped and deveined 

13 - 14 ounce can light coconut milk 

2 mugs Napa cabbage finely destroyed 

ocean salt to taste 

lime wedges for serving 

crisp cilantro or parsley for serving 

green onion cut, for serving 

Guidelines 

In an expansive pot over medium warmth, include the olive oil, garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Give it a blend, at that point include the curry, pounded red pepper drops and the soup. Increment the warmth to medium-high conveying the stock to a light bubble. Include the shrimp and lessen the warmth to medium. Stew for 3 minutes. Include the coconut milk and cabbage.
