These smaller than normal lasagna chomps are a lasagna rollup formula made into nibble estimate tidbits. It's a simple occasion starter or only a fun lunch for the children.

2 glass Entire milk ricotta
1 Egg
Pizzazz of 1 lemon
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Crisp thyme leaves minced
½ teaspoon genuine salt
Lasagna Rolls
10 Lasagna Noodles cooked
1 glass Mozzarella cheddar destroyed
1/2 glass Pasta Sauce
Guidelines
In a vast bowl blend the majority of the filling fixings together.
Spread the cooked noodles out and cut every one down the middle widthwise.
Spread the filling on every noodle half leaving around an inch toward one side.
Starting from the end with the topping roll the noodle off.
Cut the moved noodle down the middle widthwise.
Spot the noodles in a meal dish with a little measure of sauce in the base.
Spot a little scoop of sauce over each roll and best with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheddar.
Heat at 350°F for 15-20 min or until cheddar is dissolved.
Present with a bowl of sauce for plunging
