ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP 

A tasty Italian Wedding soup formula containing pasta, meatballs, spinach, and a delightful juices. 



Fixings: 

1 little onion ground 

1/3 container hacked crisp Italian parsley 

1 extensive egg 

1 teaspoon minced garlic 

1 teaspoon salt 

1 cut white bread outsides cut, ground or destroyed 

1/2 container ground Parmesan discretionary 

8 oz lean ground meat 

8 oz ground pork 

12 mugs chicken soup 

10 oz solidified cleaved spinach 

approx 6-8 oz of Acini de Pepe or other small pasta* 

2 tbsp parmesan discretionary 


Directions: 

To make the meatballs: Stir the initial 6 fixings in an extensive bowl to mix. At that point include the cheddar, meat, and pork. Shape the meat blend into meatballs, and spot on a heating sheet. I lean toward the meatballs to be on the littler side, however you can make them any size you need. 

To influence the soup: To heat the juices and solidified spinach to the point of boiling in a substantial pot. Include the meatballs (uncooked) and stew for a couple of minutes, blending once in a while to ensure they don't stick. Include the pasta and keep cooking at a low bubble until both the pasta and meatballs are cooked (approx 20 minutes). Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Formula NOTES 

*I use around 8 oz, however we like a great deal of pasta in our soup, so utilize less on the off chance that you'd incline toward it more brothy.
