For Shoemaker Hitter
1/2 container margarine dissolved
1 container granulated sugar
1 container universally handy flour
2 tsps preparing powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 container milk
2 tsps vanilla concentrate
Directions
Preheat your stove to 400 degrees and haul out a 9 by 13 heating dish .
Consolidate your apple cuts, 1 tsp cinnamon and 2 TBSPs granulated white sugar in an expansive sauce dish over medium low warmth. Cook the apples, blending consistently until they are delicate, around 10 minutes.
While the apples are cooking down, join 1 container dark colored sugar, 1/2 glass (one stick) unsalted margarine, 1/4 container overwhelming cream in a little sauce dish over medium warmth. Blend reliably until the blend starts to bubble. Keep mixing for one more moment or so until it is smooth, expel from the warmth.
Pour the 1/2 glass liquefied spread into the heating dish.
In a vast bowl, whisk together 1 glass sugar, 1 container flour, 2 tsps heating powder, and 1/4 tsp salt. Rush in 1 glass milk and 2 tsps vanilla concentrate. Pour the blend over the spread and rush in tenderly.
Include 1 measure of the caramel sauce to the apples and mix to join, save the rest for serving (I had around 1/3 glass left). Pour the caramel apple blend over the hitter. Heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until the edges are brilliant dark colored. Serve warm with frozen yogurt and the saved caramel sauce
